What it covers
Three home types, one ratio.
Every Ever Harbor home is a real house on a residential street, with private bedrooms and shared living spaces. The difference between the three types is staffing intensity and resident count — fewer residents in homes that need more hands.
A
Standard Home
A six-bedroom home in a quiet residential block. Round-the-clock care, all meals home-cooked, every resident knows the others by their second week.
- Up to 6 residents · private bedrooms
- 24 / 7 awake staffing, 1 : 3 overnight
- Three home-cooked meals + snacks
- Skilled Nurse on-site, twice weekly
B
Memory Care Home
A purpose-built memory-care home — secure but soft, with a circular floor plan, a sun room, and a fenced garden. Caregivers are CDP-certified, all of them.
- 5 residents max, on purpose
- Dementia-certified staff, every shift
- Circular floor plan, no dead-ends
- Music & reminiscence programs, daily
C
Skilled Care Home
Our highest-acuity home — for residents with complex medical needs that have outgrown apartment care but who still want a house, not a wing. Skilled Nurse on every shift.
- 4 residents max, on purpose
- Skilled Nurse on every shift
- Wound care, IV, complex meds in-home
- Direct admission from regional hospitals

Quiet streets, three cities.
Our group homes sit on residential blocks in Saginaw, Bay City, and Midland — single-family homes that look like every other house on the street, by design. No clinical signage, no parking lot, no fluorescent lights.
